Combined with my "moderately acceptable" coding skills, we have created a cool stage that part of the Capcom Vs Square full game project. I have updated PotS Felicia and CvS2 Felicia today in celebration of Felicia's 56th birthday! Happy birthday to my wonderful girl!
 
PotS Felicia Changes:
Added latest Deep Buffering Final Edition. Added pushbox system to Helper 247. Bugfixes. Ported all translated winquotes from CvS2 Felicia. Changed default palette set to something more exciting. Finally has a really HQ Neko Punch sound clip without reverb.

CvS2 System Changes:
Several bugfixes including logic to fix some compatibility issues on Raspberry Pi IKEMEN-Go 0.98.2. Changed stateNos for custom states to prevent weird behavior with Warusaki3's JoJo characters. Added edition select to config.txt (previous system is EO just FYI). Added UM mode as default in config.txt  
UM System Changes:
Letting go of back anytime while guarding now reverts you to a hittable state (this is necessary for Red Parry to work). P-Groove: Meter length shortened to 182 (CvS2 meter length) Added red parry (parry out of blockstun) - adds +2 to parry stun and gives back 14 life. S-Groove: Now functions more like EX Mode in The King of Fighters 98: Ultimate Match. Filling up the MAX meter will fill up a stock which can be used later to enter MAX mode. MAX activation added (activated by pressing HP+HK with a stock). MAX must be enabled during Red Life (30% life or less) to do Lvl.3 supers. Air Guard is now enabled. N-Groove: MAX mode combos in the style of The King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match are added. MAX mode can now end with a Lvl.1 super when no meter is present. Quick MAX added (HP+HK during any normal) for 1 stock. Special > Super Cancel enabled. EX-Groove Config Changes:
Added NGBC Dash-Run. Added the ability to equip both dodge and roll. Added Chain Combo (has no effect on Felicia because she has it anyway) Added Air Chain Combo Added Cancel Any Move

This is Pencil by NovaMangolia. This is their first MUGEN conversion and she originates from a web series on YouTube called Battle for Dream Island which is somewhat similar to Total Drama but with anthropomorphic inanimate objects. In MUGEN Pencil is mostly a zoning type character but her neutrals and combo game aren't to be underestimated either.

This character was released on August 9th, and was recently updated on September 15 to be more balanced. Older versions are also saved in the folder if you prefer the more powerful but less balanced versions of her.

The King of Fighters is a big saga made by SNK, and since then, it has a lot of collections here on MFFA, most of them abandoned. This time I'm going big with it by making one collection with all games until now. It's a big work here so I hope you like it 😉 as always, any help is welcome!!
