Duke Nukem by Wing Syo. Original, unedited version. The one you have is an edit of Wing Syo's Duke done by Juan Carlos, which seems to be a bit more common outside of Chinese speaking MUGEN sites. It can be found here:

I never really knew that Wing Syo made this character until just about a week ago. I always thought that Juan Carlos made it, but boy, it seems like I was wrong. But still, I wanted to refer this character as one of his "creations".

Well, not anymore, because this character has already been saved by me. Now, if anyone is asking me this question: Where did I get it? Well, I got it from an old Latin American MUGEN compilation from 2006. And in case if you didn't know, TheCraftyTitan was actually the editor who only replaced Duke's "fake" voice with his actual voice and removed the ISM system from the bottom corner entirely, probably to make him more faithful to the source material that he originates from, as well as giving him four extra palettes, so that guy isn't involved in the making of the original 1.4 version until that he later edited this character by everything that I just mentioned above.
Note: I had to edit the .def file a bit, because when selecting the char with its third palette, it leads to its fourth palette instead.

Finally the Legend Is ready. 
Before Ryu Hoshi, Before Heiachi Mishima, Before Liu Kang, the origins of fighting games as we know, the main char of the First fighting game with enemies with different ability skills, so you don't think karate champ or Kung fu master. Oolong from Yie ar Kung fu Is the First iconic fighter of videogames.
I made him into a 6 button character in Marvel series style. 
He has a Better combo system among my release, a great Number of strikers, from all of Yie ar Kung fu games,with a Little A.I.
Oolong Is a char from Yie ar Kung fu, but The most of the Sprites of Oolong are edited from Retoro 2dfm, but with more moves and animations for a Better and funny gameplay.
I didn t know Oolong gameplay from retoro, I had sprites thanks to werewood, but I didn t know how use them.
Thanks to ƒ}ƒbƒXƒ‹Dƒtƒ@ƒCƒg for sending me a video from Retoro 2dfm game,I tryed to Copy some combos and style,but my version Is very different from retoro, and sprites are Better and with more separation colors. I think I made him more funny.

A pretty old (and hard-to-find) version of Shadow from Sonic Battle, dating back to 2005. Cheap, as if it can continuously heal so it can prevent from having a low health bracket. It also comes with two unique palettes, one of them is Super Shadow and the other is Dark (?) Shadow, as well as having a Japanese voicepack, predating ABAB's version several years later. I tested it on MUGEN 1.0, and it works surprisingly well.
 
Shadow by Sion184 & Ssonic. Unavailable to download. I think this is the first version of Shadow for MUGEN. Extremely rare char. Found it from a Japanese MUGEN site via the Wayback Machine. Appears to be an edit (or at least a paletteswap) of Ssonic's Super Sonic. A picture of Shadow by Sion184 & Ssonic below:

Possibly the first Dr. Eggman/Dr. Robotnik made for MUGEN. Sadly, it has no sound file, considering that this is the only copy of the character that I could find at this moment. I don't know if the author himself really made the sound file for it, but still.
 
Just a couple minor corrections, but that Super Sonic by an unknown creator is actually Ssonic's previous version of the character, which has been frequently used in most videos about it. The same thing goes to that Werehog char (I think it was made by sc1614, but I'm not sure though).

Not that much different happening from this edit, except that it has an updated stance, as well as having some new moves given by the author.

That Evil Ryu by "Unknown" is actually made by Dr. C & Mr. M (Not to be confused with Dr. M), as stated in its .air file.

Not sure if he really made the character, or if an unknown editor has decided to just make a paletteswap of his Zangief.

Apparently, Infiinma has updated his Donkey Kong 3 months after that he has first released the char.

Found it in another WinMUGEN compilation. It's much more completed, but the specials and hypers still aren't implented yet, compared to the common beta version that you currently have. I can let you keep the old version, but I'm not sure if you're going to add this one as well.
 
Just one minor correction to make, but the edited version of Infiinma's DK that has Robo Z's name in it is not Robo Z's version, but just a copy of Infiinma's aforementioned new version of his DK, except that an unknown editor in 2007 only replaced the original small and big portraits with some custom ones.
 
EDIT: I had to reupload the DL link for Infiinma's latest version of DK. Thanks to Charmugen for pointing out the issue that's in its .def file.

The main protagonist of The King of Fighters Series, Kyo is a member of one of the three families that sealed away Orochi 1,800 years ago. He is the rival of both Iori Yagami, and K'. He also starred in is own spin-off manga story based on his adventure in The King of Fighters '96 entitled The King of Fighters Kyo, which also spawned a videogame of the same name. The KoF series in general has several clones of him like, Kyo-1, Kyo-2, and Kusanagi to name off some, and now let's see just how many fan-made clones we got here.

Found this while browsing through old MUGEN sites. It should be noted that this was actually his very first character that he made, with its files dating back to 2002. Appears to be a spriteswap of Qkrtkf's Birdie. What's unique about it is that it was also first released with an English voicepack, unlike some of his other characters that he would release later on.
 
And it looks like the English voicepack for Warner's old version of his Homer by Meatball is already inside the character's folder while opening it, as far as I know. I may be wrong though.

Most of you probably know my only as Mugen Creator but some months ago i decide to start to make Mugen Fights on YouTube
 
My goal is to create a BIG COMMUNITY where people have fun and share opinion about these fights

A sentient mountain from Super Mario World, from World 4's castle demolishing cutscene specifically. Said cutscene is also a Shun Goku Satsu finishing move. It can summon many hazards from SMW, set the iconic blue and white dotted mountains as "landmines",  weaponize flag poles and goal posts, and imitate a few random SMW enemies. Very challenging AI to boot. By g-r.
