I've seen this character on the archive, but I can't seem to find it. Even though today it seemed my IP was unbanned and I was able to view the site. I didn't find the category like I did before the ban happened. If someone can find the spawn category on the archive and tell me where it's located, I'd appreciate it.

I can give you the description for it, it's a pre installed version that's already configured. No need to put this file here or there, Its already been done by the one who configured it, whoever it was.

If I had a choice I'd say either Loretta decarde or the one DBZ character, from the otherworld tournament Maraikoh (the one after cell saga). Those are the only two I'd like to see mugenized
