A few ideas here for Cole MacGrath in MUGEN. He should have both his Infamous 1 and 2 looks in separate palettes as well as Good and Evil palette modes, each having its own set of moves. He should also be a POTS-style character (this is probably a personal idea, I would really like him to fit in My CVS roster.) Feel free to suggest any other ideas.
