Mon-El did a great job making the sprites and the ideas, HyperVoiceActing did nice voices for him, Trexell did basic stuff for it and I coded the whole character. Some of his effects were custom made by me, from the scratch, rendered in Cinema 4D. Video: Please, report any bugs you find. Mugen 1.0 and above.
