I recommend WinMugen Conversor v4.5 for complete conversions, since it has fixed dozens of old dbz DosMugen chars. The pallete error fix is really great on Dos2Win, but you dont even need Dos2Win. You simply Left Click with the Mouse and drag the SFF file to CharSffDtoW.exe and it automatically converts the SFF file for WinMugen.
