Yes, this is a joke character of Ring man to almost act like how he was back in Mega Man 8-Bit Deathmatch.

Also, there's a little hidden easter egg. Think you can find it?

Ring Thing has been updated with some changes and addition.

 

Changelog:

Spoiler

Oliver: Added more variable names for the easter egg. (have you found it yet?)
Oliver & Tyren: Moved (almost) every sprites down by one pixel.
All: Forgot to change the mugenversion to 1.0 by accident.
Oliver & Solarflared: Added different gameplays for each palette with it's own theme. Try find one that suits you best.
Solarflared: Changed some invincibility frames and lowered damage taken (both normally and via weakness).
Solarflared: Ring Thing now has an AI. You can turn it on and off on the config.txt.
