When I Was Creating My "Desert Of The Lost Arts" MUGEN Stages, I Was Really Thirsty For Some Water! When I Finished Creating The MUGEN Stage, I Grabbed A Bottle Of Water And Started To Quench My Thirst! I Kid You Not... When I Finished My Water... I Instantly Thought Of A Stage Where Water Is Maintained And Kept Sealed Away! I Was Thinking Of A Water Plant Of Some Sort But Then I Came To Realize... It's Something Much More! I Thought Of Water That Was Secretly Being Kept Away From The Public! Water So Pure That It Must Be Kept Away As A Backup Plan When Water Is No Longer Available! Sounds Like Some Sort Of Operation Going On... Hmmmm... Yep! I'm Going To Add To My "Operations" Stage Series! I've Created the "Oil Operations" MUGEN Stage Back In 2020 And It Was Received Quite Well! Now... We Are Shifting To Water Operations! Two MUGEN Fighters Will Battle It Out To Either Hide This Secret Water From The Masses, Keep The Water For Themselves, Or Help Release This Useful Water Supply For The Public! Either Way... It's A Battle For Water And The Body Needs Water In Order To Survive! Best Of Luck To The MUGEN Fighters That Battle For What's Right And What's Wrong! LOL! Enjoy! Oh yes, another character from that 90s SFI bootleg for MSX and an unexpected character for a copycat of the first game. Expect a simplistic gameplay as Ken and Joe but fun anyway XD also confirming I'll make the other 3 (Gen, Ninja/Geki and Mike/Balrog) and even a fullgame based on them... mostly to finally say I can make a complete fullgame without getting it on Development Hell (AGP) of being C&D's (CF:IC), hahahahaha

turns out I'm not quitting the MUGEN scene after all, though I will be working in a much slower rate than usual. anyway, here is a relatively simple stage that I made using a variety of assets from different fighting games.
