Missing tweak some sprites and animations, finish the super/dream cancels and adjust some juggle points.

Indeed Seth sprites came out nicely done and is Kazuya looks very complete sprite-wise.
He is probably like the 4th or 6th best spriter at MFG and iam speaking of the ones that actually have sprited a char and not only do a single sprite or animation.
