Rice is right, there are creations and maybe creators which me or you dislike comment about it is ok, but without harassment or insulting people like I seen at youtube videos.
However ,calm down,I seen jessica being humillated and insulting along certain forums and admins or mod supported it, but try to not mess with the people, just talk the reasons because you dislike certain creations.

Someone remind me why anonymous users are allowed to post again.

Has a Toma Marisa. I have literally 300 something Touhou characters in my Touhou MUGEN folder, so I may have things that aren't here. Maybe...excluding things like that Sariel and Soku-styled Rumia. God I want that Rumia so badly. ;___;

The total size of a character's files does indeed give some insight into the quality of a character.
 
Unless a really crappy character happens to have an oversized sound file containing a 30 minute loop of Surprise Buttsecks.

Well...by random nothing much...just me sleeping, Harsh eating oranges, Ryoucchi being...himself and Ex being a boss

They also contain templates(?) in everyone of them...

Just wondering, did you got there source images from pixiv? Anyways, good work as always.

You need to ask someone who is an expert at that.....since i thought coding Touhou chara with there spellcard system is more complex than usual.
