Capcom has pretty much been making quite a few shit decisions for quite some time now. Aside from a game being good or innovative, Capcom has been making one bad call after the next for years. Asura's Wrath being made? Cool! But you have to pay for the true ending and then the controversial remake DmC is made.(In Dante's own words "Fuck you")  Strider getting a remake? Fantastic, he was hidden for too long! Now we got this chick.Maybe she will get her own unique skillset and maybe she'll even be decent character with complimenting attributes, but it doesn't change the concept that she's pretty much the next Cammy in a few ways (mostly in terms of backstory and looks. Puppet being mind controlled and seems to be at war with herself mentally.) Seriously, it looks like a Russian Cammy that got lessons from Vega and mixed the two together from the trailer
 
Maybe it's me being a bit of a shithead or me just being tired of Street Fighter IV in general but it seems kind of silly that another Shadowloo Doll is being put in here when the two already familiar Juni and Juli are around. Doesn't help that she doesn't , Not to mention that another girl is being placed in the game, what will Juri already being the poster girl for Street Fighter IV. I guess my main gripe is that it feels like they're digging into holes they already looked into and are now just popping it into a new character, like if Sakura was faced with the Dark Hadou similar to Ryu. Feels lazy and kind of trying to say "hey we still have creativity!"m when so many other characters could be brought back into the fray and the potential is wasted (top offenders would be Karin a rival to the beloved Sakura, or Sean the franchise's second joke character. Seriously, I'd kill to see Sean and Dan duke it out.) 
 
The only thing I can compliment is the fact that Decapre IS a real character that wasn't just shoehorned in. She really WAS with the other dolls this whole time and if you replay SFA3 you can see her standing there with the others before leaving things to Juni and Juli who are considered the stronger dolls in hand to hand aside from Cammy at the time. Sort of shows the attention to detail I guess.

Three days ago, Atlus began a stream, saying they had an announcement to make. The stream was accompanied by a timer counting down starting from 72 hours. That ended today, (technically yesterday very late night), LITERALLY LIKE 4 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF THIS POST (10:30 in the morning) after so many announcements. The stream started getting video that wasn't showing the crowd of people gather around panels in japan for the event at around oh, 6:05, when the timer went to 0. We then given a new Persona game, that's portable, but NOT on Sony.

After that , Teddie started going on about the fighter, and saying he thought people are missing, then suddenly Adachi's voice comes up  after awhile.About 9 minutes later we were given another trailer announcement. Something we all expected

A bit after that we got a game that....a lot of people didn't expect. Let's go with that.

Teddie starts freaking out for some reason and just as suddenly there's a timer going on the screen behind him. What time does it start on? I thought I was just letting my eyes fuck with me, but I swear I saw:

Everybody started FREAKING THE FUCK OUT. Any of the more savvy viewers in the stream already knew what that meant, but it only have to be confirmed in 5 minutes. The game Persona fans have been waiting years for:

Atlus knows how to get attention and fuck with people and the fans. In this case, in a pretty good way. Though it was late for people in the west, the stream was well worth the wait (in terms of announcement AND reactions in the stream.)

After some research on youtube and many testings, the settings below appear to be the best as far as recording quality and conversion!
Recommended for recording Mugen matches or just PC Video Games in general.

-Prerequisite-

1.First of all, you must have the Lagarith Lossless Video Codec installed on your pc.

Where to get it?

Go to the official site and get this great codec

Notice:If you have installed the latest K-Lite Mega Codec Pack, you should do fine. It is already included in the package.
If you do not need all these codecs packed, just download Lagarith from the official site.


2.Make sure that your "Stereo Mix" Device is Enabled in your sound card/chip.
For Windows 7 32/64Bit (tested):

"Right Click" on the volume icon in the task bar and select "Recording Devices".
You should see the "Sound" window and the "Recording" tab. "Right Click" anywhere outside the icons and enable your "Stereo Mix" device. Click OK.

-Tutorial-

1.Open Camtasia Studio 8. Click "Record the Screen". The Recording window should show up.
2.Click "Tools" on the recorder bar at the top. The "Tool Options" window should show up.
3.In the "General" Tab select "Record to .avi".
4.Click on the "Inputs" tab. Make sure you that:
-Screen capture frame rate is set to 30(fps)
-In "Video Settings" to the right, select Lagarith Video Codec and press OK.(No need to configure the plugin, leave it as it is, default. )
5. In "Audio Device", select "Stereo Mix"(You audio card/chip, ex. Realtek/VIA/Audigy/Xonar or something)
-Note, If you can't see "Stereo Mix", that means the device is disabled. Recheck Prerequisite Option 2 above.
Click "Audio settings" and choose the sound quality of your recording. 44100Hz, 16Bit, Stereo should suffice.
6.Click "OK"(Closes the "Tool Options" window.)

-Render & Conversion-
Follow the Tutorial in this youtube video below. You must create a new preset called "YouTube Settings" (You may create more presets, if you like).
Once done you can use it anytime to render and convert your recordings at full HD quality.

If you can record at 640x480p ~30fps without any issue(CPU heavily based), your recorded video should look crystal clear and ready to be converted in HD resolutions.
You won't even need VirtualDub to sharpen or convert the video.
*Optional*
You may edit the source avi file produced with the Lagarith Lossless Video Codec in VirtualDub, if you feel like.
Convert it as MP4 with Camtasia Studio, always. It just works well.

Howdy y'all. Been gone for quite some time, so I wouldn't be shocked if very few recognized me.
 
I've been gone working the final few weeks of my job as Teacher's Assistant, leaving with the Class of 2013. So obviously I've ALSO been busy look for a new job. Right now I'm now working at a store that sells antique toys, games and videos. Pretty cool place. Dress how you want and you're paid for knowing geek stuff. Very decent living.
