This include two edits of Basara-kun's Scott and Nega Scott
And a beta for a WIP characterization of a MUGENite to whom helped me alot with making the edits.
So far, I need to fix some sprites, but I've already done damage and the WIP is released. I'm just making the tweaks now for him.
Now beat them up or something. I need something to fix. I hope I have things that need fixing...
