It's the Mountainside Temple. But it's not just the map. The creator also made a model of Kung Fu Man to use.

So what's next, the Training Room? Or maybe Suave Dude?

@Mister Fael He most likely didn't outright START it, but very likely he could have given it the kind of attention it didn't need. And I feel he commits the same mistakes that I've seen almost everyone do when talking about these issues: Never quoting and sourcing to the law/proposal/etc. iself. They constantly quote news sources that are known for using bloated language, and that gives me the picture that this isn't at all about staying informed; it's because it scares high.

    4. Xiristatos

      Xiristatos

@RMaster007 It's actually rather simple; the less someone knows about something, the more likely they are to falsify the facts. The net neutrality debate is already well known, so most of its issues are understood, even among common people like us. I would also argue that what the EFF says about the outright "apocalyptic" effects of a lack of net neutrality are overblown as well, but it's already a much more known topic than most.

But this? It's a Europe thing only, and pretty much the only people who declared these apocalyptic scenarios (aside from European Pirate Party Member Julia Reda) are all American, all because they think "it could turn into an international precedent" or some shit. Does it matter in any way? As a European I couldn't help but notice that Americans, especially these "internet rights" groups despise the word "copyright" more than they hate ebola, it seems. Of course any single mention of the word "copyright" in any mere proposal means "THE END OF THE INTERNET AS WE KNOW IT". Why do you think to these news sources only talk about "the end of MEMES" when they try (and fail) to properly discuss this European copyright proposal? It pisses off people, that's why. They know that with the threat of "losing the MEMES", they'll rage out and "take action".

Honestly, if you want to make a debate about whether or not a law like this could function, then just do it on a technical basis. Talk about the languages and the single proposals, read the goddamn thing for yourself, and for your own opinion on it. What these people are doing is come up with infantile doomsday scenarios based on something as coincidental as "well, Youtube has a copyright filter too!!!", which I think is the critical flaw here: Hypothetical Scenarios. They can't even be sure if these worst-case scenarios even closely resemble the truth, so they just yell about it and hope that you shit your pants.

I have seen this with the Net Neutrality debate and I have even seen it with SOPA, and believe me that I was in the same kind of position as you are; being terrified of "what could happen to the internet", but after years of these morons constantly repeating the same doomsday shit a conspiracy theorist would be proud of, I decided to look up such things on my own accord, and just look at me forming these stupid walls of text on just-for-fun forum communites all because I'm sick and tired of seeing innocent yet gullible people falsely believe such bullshit.

Again, if you don't believe me, I would like to refer you to the source I posted in my first comment, an article written by someone who understand copyright far better than I could. I'm not trying to indoctrinate or mislead anyone, I'm saying that constantly declaring childish apocalyptic scenarios distanced from any truth like this is just retarded.

Although it doesn't look like it, I did do something yesterday.

I'm currently working on an edit of Zim, and I updated the Germ Spray special to put the opponent in a Blinded state (Anim 15312). If they don't have the animation, then it just goes to the standard dizzy animation.

      RMaster007

I just don't approve of people wanting to be paid money to make M.U.G.E.N. characters unless someone commissions them to do so. DDR is a whole different story. He needs the money to afford the programs he uses for his M.U.G.E.N. characters and games. Nobody commissioned him to make Gossamer. But if I was to commission him for a character, it would be Yosemite Sam.

  11. Here's something I said to Shimmering Brony regarding cartoon characters in M.U.G.E.N.:

With cartoon characters, it all depends on you how good you make them. If you make them with source accurate material like Warner's characters and The None's Beavis and Butthead, then you got a good character. But if it's like the first version of WlanmaniaX's Rocko or Beanfan's characters, then it's not good.

It's good to incorporate original ideas into cartoon charcters as well. WlanmaniaX's Danger Mouse had him use ray guns, grenades, and a rocket launcher. The only weapon DM ever actually carried in the show was a pistol, and it was only shown in one episode.

And BTW, certain characters fit, others don't. Here's an example:
Sunset Shimmer having firebending powers and athletic abilities makes her a good fighter. But for Fluttershy, she's very kind-hearted and wouldn't hurt anybody, so she's not a good idea for a M.U.G.E.N. fighter.

The main thing that matters when you're making a character from a cartoon or anime is that you give them moves that they have used in their source material (Panty's gun, Vicky's chainsaw and other weapons, Stocking's swords, etc.), but it's okay to give them moves that you thought up of as well.

      SSBKing65✯

There's characters who never even fight but people still created an original moveset for em, like some original and inanimate object characters, and non fighters like Captain Falcon, who's moveset was made up just for Smash. And it worked very well. As long as you have the creativity anything's possible, especially in Mugen. It's neat seeing other characters become fighters with their own unique movesets.

    3. Pluscross

      Pluscross

Uh, MLP is one of those shows in general that will never translate well. One of many shows. That one fighter isn't that indepth from what I've heard, and most of the time they wind up with REALLY silly nonsense compared to the theme of the show... There's artistic license and there's just stupidity, even Smash Bros. fringes on stupidity quite a bit of the time, 4 ESPECIALLY.

SpongeBob is one that could work better, at least with the main crew. The superhero episode for example, the episode where Sandy teaches Squidward karate, several episodes about Patrick, etc...

Here's a transparent Tim cowering. Have fun with it.

  14. I downloaded Pocket Ibuki recently, and I noticed something rather odd with her Samurai hyper. That hyper puts the opponent in state 6000, something that is usually used for calling assists. I used it on Dib, Rocko, and Shock, and it caused a bunch of clones to appear and call in assists. When it was used on Zim, it resulted in a G.I.R. army.

Man, it's going to be awesome to have another Looney Tunes character after so long.

DDR's Marvin ain't going to cut it, don't remember about his Fudd... Effects still hold up to this day though, especially on Marvin.

    2. RMaster007

      RMaster007

DDR's Looney Tunes are pretty great, and Gossamer will be released once he gets enough funding.

Of course, Sam isn't main priority, Shock is.

  17. Just letting you guys know that the voting has ended. Yosemite Sam and Daggett win.

Also, Daggett and Oggy got tied with 4 votes for both, but I'm doing Daggett first since a lot more people are familiar with The Angry Beavers than Oggy and the Cockroaches.

    Shock is around 50% complete.

  20. I'm actually thinking about making Cuphead for M.U.G.E.N...

I haven't played the game yet, but I feel like I could make a decent version.

Also, I found my 3DS recently, which is what I'm going to use to record my voice for Shock. My voice kinda sounds awkward in real life....

Hoping to get a beta of Shock done for public testing around New Year's Eve.
