Please respect that, and thank you :-)   Read me inside here : Hey guys Sorry I took so long to release him but after being busy with school trying to maintain all A's, spending time with my girl, being at work and getting back well recently after catching the flu, as you can see I have had my hands full.   But never fear I'm back now and its time to release another butt kicking, shell shocking turtle! ;-)   Fellow mugen fans, I present to you Raphael from TMNT Tournament Fighters (SNES) sff orginally made by Erradicator but I used that to make my own version of Raphael.   Raphael is a very aggresive character with a shorter range than Leonardo but his moves and fighting ability make up for it.   (I was aiming for him to take on sword type characters like Hayato from MVC and others like Strider etc...)      Raphael has 8 Special moves   1. Fire Shot - D,DF,F, punch    2. Meteor Shot - D,DF,F, punch (While In The Air)   3. Power Drill - D,DB,B, punch   4. Slashing Upper - F,D,DF, punch   5. Flame Impaler - D,DF,F, kick   6. Blaze Streak Kick - D,DB,B, kick   7. Blaze Streak Somersault Kick - F,D,DF, kick   8. Flaming Dive Kick - D,DF,F, kick (While In The Air)     Raphael has 11 Hyper moves 1. Super Fire Shot Lvl 1 - D,DF,F,2 punches (Can be done in the air too)   2. Super Meteor Shower Lvl 1 - D,DF,F,2 punches (While In The Air)   3. Super Flame Smasher Kick Lvl 1 - F,D,DF,2 punches                       4. Super Flame Impaler Lvl 1 - D,DF,F, 2 kicks   5. Super Fire Break Kicks Lvl 1 - D,DB,B, 2 kicks   6.     @ Zemilia I know for a fact he has moves that he had from the original game. And that may be how you think a character should be made even if custom, but that doesn't mean that I have to abide by set rules just because others think I should. Not trying to be rude or anything, I'm just saying dude, there are characters in mugen that don't play the same or have things exactly how it was in source game. This Rouga has mostly all of his moves from the original game anyway, plus his commands for his attacks are mainly the same like they were in source game.
     
    I hope you don't take what I said in the wrong way, I just want to make that clear because there is a custom Rouga out there and that doesn't play exactly how he did from source game and others, and also mind you I used Lancel's Rouga to make this one, hence the credit given. 
     
    -His Lvl 3 moves are meant to do 400 damage, as most of my characters have near the same or a lil more
     
    -Hit box on hard kick is meant to be long as it is a kick that is lunging forward but I will adjust it
     
    -Hit boxes on some air attacks are big because of air combos so they will be able to hit p2 
     
    -Medium punch lunges forward because I didn't like how it was by him just standing still plus it didnt look right to me with him just standing in place doing it.
     
    -All the other stuff your dead right on
     
    Anyway, thanks for the feedback, this is what I needed to improve him. I will make adjustments

    Hey what's up guys its me R@CE AKIR@ back with another character that's different from what I normally make. Before I go into this character I would like to say that my old Wips are still being worked on, this character was started because of me being inspired by the CVS 3 Screenpack by Enlightend Shadow and the characters made by creators like J-Morph, Rajaa, Crazy Koopa, Divine Wolf, Pots and of course Infinite himself.   Marco Rodriguez/Khushnood Butt From Garou : Mark of the Wolves http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u1fGy9-QjuM Gameplay Its just like Infinite's new characters with a little of my own twist to things but for the most part its the same. He has all of his classic moves including newer ones done to fit this style of game play.     I personally don't see anything wrong with someone trying to make something new. If we always made everything source accurate then we would never come up with anything new. I understand that having source accurate stuff is good in some cases like if you want to get the system of that particular game down as well try your best to replicate what the original creators did ,which is not always accurate like you think, to get that same feeling they had but what you have to realize if you put another character in another style then sometimes you wil have to change some things around to make it fit the new gameplay style
     
    For example, Street Fighter 2 Ryu does not feel like your playing with Street Fighter 3 Ryu. Same thing goes with Alpha series, Same thing with CVS
     
    They all have most of the same moves thru each game, but changes had to be made for them to fit each game's style of gameplay
