Clark XI by Tan(I was rescaling his damage, changin the fx & making 15+ pals for him) Sean by Muteki(His tackle hits the enemy in the chest instead of the head,So I fucked around wit the Sprites to reposition them.Went well.)

Well, of all the chars it's Pittan-San from Nijikaku, edited by me. With his simple design, I changed his sounds, made some new palettes and even some new sprites for him, like the lovestruck one on my sig, I love that little yellow square.
