I remember I started my project here... So I'm back

No good The hair is the resize of the small sprite and the big stage select sprite version from MMX4, isn't? Let's have the hair for the last, but I personally would use Akiha and Aoko hair from Melty Blood as a base for making a better flowing hair. But not now, first fix those animations, shall we? Are you using the smaller version as base to get the general idea, right? First it would be a good idea to check out the proportions, make some sticky figures using vector and make it bigger, then you start editing it overall. Just a thought. PS: Just hope my 'harsh' critique don't scare you too much. Just pointers to make this a better character.

I personally love what your doing here. its obviously a HR version of the LR sprites from the snes game. it looks great to me, I love sprite work.

Posted ImageZero actually is a different style , I created a new polishment to remember car paint and choose the big rebel hair... Btw heres the new attack, 100% done! The saber effect is not the same that will be used ingame, I drew this one just to showoff the sprite!

Much better Oh, another good base for the hair is Sesshomaru from the PS1 Inuyasha fighting game.

your zero looks to be coming along quite nicely. also zero's running animating obviously needs to fix so it will look similar to his MMX4 running animation.
