-Updated readme
-Added the timerfreeze on the Assertspecial SCTRL. Time will now be stopped permanently in all rounds
-Updated intro with Sheriff riding a horse added
-Updated and added the black background explod to remove the ground reflection for some stages
-Added the yellow bandit for the Enemy Summon hyper
-Added the "Game over" screen on the last round lose animation with the original game over music
-Removed the black fade out background explod for the last round lose animation

-Reverted back to the black fade out BGPalFX to display the Lifebar again and added globalnoshadow on the AssertSpecial SCTRL to prevent stages with ground reflection
-Removed poweradd = 100 from some StateDefs
-Updated the power gauge ability. It will still be full, but it'll automatically regenerate slowly after 1500 power is used
-Enemy Summon hyper will now require 1500 power
