An edit of .GIF/Mr. T's Mr. Game & Watch that mostly changes him to be in a psuedo-MvC style, balances him out, and adds a couple of new moves. See changelog below for complete details.

Spoiler

- He is now 4-buttoned.
- Reduced damage Mr. Game & Watch Stampede does. The super is now guardable, too.
- Changed Spitball Sparky sounds.
- Changed some crouching moves. Manhole is now a launcher that can be followed up with Fire.
- Chain combos added.
- Fire now has a typical super jump command.
- Judge command changed again.
- Less startup for some moves.
- Mr. Game & Watch Drill can not be chained into itself anymore.
- Oil Panic has been added.
- The Zero now requires 3000 power to use instead of 1000.
- Some Hyper aesthetical tweaks.
- New taunt that can be randomly activated based off SSBB's.
- More custom portraits.
- New lose pose.
- New turns/survival intro.
- Mr. Game & Watch Drill and Hyper Key changed to level 2 Hypers.
- AI based off ouchi's.
- Throw speeds are now faster.

- Helmet moves are 

- Changed small portrait.
- Added victory screen portrait and "quotes".
- Added and changed sounds.
- Changed hitboxes and timing for various animations.
- Key now sends you downward.
- Judge now hurts you when you hit a 1.
- Reduced healing output when you hit a 7 in Judge.
- Changed damage outputs.
- Removed NeoKamek's Marvel vs. Capcom 2-like announcer.
- He's now a bit heavier.
- New victory poses based off the various SSB games.
- Changed position of Hyper visuals.
- Animated Hyper portrait.
- Changed idle pose a bit.
- Changed position of Chef's food.
- He walks and runs faster.
- Judge 9 is no longer a OHKO.
- Super Chef does not give you more Power anymore.
- Reduced damage Super Chef does.
- Palletes added/changed.
- Added some special animation compability.

- Oil Panic has been added!
- Added new Hyper, "Down for the Count".
- Added new intro.
- More ending lag for strong version of Chef.
- More ending lag for strong version of Helmet.
- Corrected attributes of some moves.
- Changed the throw variable from var(0).
- Increased Judge 8's damage.
- Slightly lowered the Attack stat.
- Changed jump landing sound.
- Added dust to Helmet.
- Adjusted Mr. Game & Watch Stampede some more.
- Added a CLSN1 to Anim 2626 so that the HitDef for it would work.
- Added sound and EnvShake to crouching hard punch.
- Added sound and explod to Hyper Key.

 

06/22/2018 UPDATE:

 

- Removed Judge, as admittedly, I found it useless. If you're worried about the 9, don't worry! It still exists in the moveset, as part of the Down for the Count Hyper.
- Added new Hyper, "Octopus".
- Made some moves less/more safe.
- Added more combo ability.
- Lowered air juggle points.
- Removed hitbox from FIRE.
- Removed old damage dampener and replaced it with RicePigeon's version.
- Multiple Chef changes:
 - Added more cooldown.
 - Light version now sends out only 2 pieces.
 - The food now travel in more of an arc.
- Buffed damage to Chef and Headbutt.
- Added superjump opponent locator that was previously unused.
- Tweaked the A.I. a bit.
- Changed some hitflags.
- Increased damage of Oil Panic.
- Down for the Count is now unguardable.
- Made it so the crowd doesn't gasp as often if Mr. Game & Watch recovers.
- Made it so that the guard sound actually plays on some moves if guarded.
- Added sound for when he's dizzied.
- Changed in-game name. :P
- Some other changes I can't remember...

 

06/22/2018 UPDATE 2:

 

- Fixed a few bugs in Octopus that I oversighted.
 - The HitBy should now work properly.
 - Mr. Game & Watch now doesn't go below the ground when transforming back from a jump.
 - Ambience has been made a 6-second sound that plays once instead of a 1-second looping sound (the old way of playing it had a problem where it would play weirdly upon landing from a jump.)
- Added the "powerful projectiles fill the bucket up more easily" mechanic to Oil Panic.
- Fixed the bug where you would get stuck in mid-air if you happened to be hit during FIRE.
