This project is a community-based project meant to give characters who do not have the appropriate special states one.

This project is special in that it's an attempt to give UJI's Tiki character more custom states, and make her feel more complete.

Two variations: One for breasts, and the secondary for something else. Probably ears or something else. The secondary is for those that don't want the first one and/or are uncomfortable with the first one.

Used by: Blanka (Street Fighter), Necro (Street Fighter), Kang (Simpsons), Victor (Darkstalkers), Lord Raptor (Darkstalkers), etc.
