character concept: bonzi buddy

here's a character concept for bonzi buddy. since I suck at coding I won't really be able to create any characters so if someone likes this they may use this to create a bonzi buddy character. you may also add or remove any ideas.

because of the lack of sprites it will most likely be a 4 button character, with the unused buttons being used for dodge/teleport, power charge and summons. it will also face the screen most of the time to stare at you.

specials:

surfing the internet

F, F, X/Y

bonzi buddy rides his surfboard and hits the opponent multiple times. the wave bonzi buddy is riding on consists of various memes.

globe throw

QCF, X/Y

bonzi buddy throws a globe at the opponent. you can hold down the button to charge it. while it's charging, bonzi buddy will spin the globe on his finger and if a charged globe is thrown it hits multiple times

hip drop

D,D, X/Y (air only)

this is just a ground pound, it can only be used in the air and bonzi slams downward

summons:

summon grand dad

QCF, C

grand dad appears and joel's GRAND DAD voice clip plays, then he jumps on the opponent and the FLEENTSTONES vioce clip plays

summon sanic

QCB, Z

sanic appears and the YOU'RE TOO SLOW voice clip plays then the distorted first notes from green hill zone play and sanic dashes into the opponent and runs off-screen

summon cortana

QCF, C

cortana apppears, idk which attack she should use

summon peedy

QCB, Z

peedy appears, idk which attack

what did the beaver say to the tree

bonzi tells his famous joke and then a tree falls on the opponent. costs 1000 power

internet rider

QCB, QCF, X/Y

bonzi surfs all over the place hitting the opponent multiple times. costs 1000 power

windows xp roller da

QCB, X/Y/Z x2

same as road roller da except bonzi destroys a computer. costs 2000 power

EXPAND DONG:

QCF, QCF, A+B/X+Y

bonzi buddy on steroids. bonzi eats a banana then transforms into DANKEY KANG who crushes the opponent. costs 2000 power.

rule the world:

QCF, HCB, X/Y

a clone of the spirit bomb. bonzi creates a giant globe which he trows onto the oppoenent and it spins faster and faster till it explodes. costs 3000 power.

shun bonzi satsu:

X,X,F,A,Z

similar to shun goku satsu. when the screen goes black, instead of hitsparks error message from a windows xp computer appear. then, a BSOD appears to the background similar to when the cursor is KOd. instant KO, can only be used if bonzi has less than 500 health left. costs 3000 power

1. bonzi surfs into the stage with his surfboard

2. a pop-up apppears at the start of the battle which says downloading bonzi.exe 99% complete then bonzi buddy appears on screen

3. a pop-up from a virus scanner appears, which says ''99999 problems found on your computer'', the pop-up explodes and bonzi emerges from the explosion

taunt:

bonzi buddy says one of various quotes, including but not limited to ''expand dong'' and ''what did the beaver say to the tree''

victory poses:

1. bonzi buddy puts on his sunglasses, then says deal with it then the background is replaced with the deal with it dog

2. bonzi buddy does an evil laugh then an evil bonzi buddy appears on the background similar to one of shinryoga's mario victory poses

3. bonzi buddy stands still, but the background changes into a red-tinted shaking close-up of bonzi's face

victory quotes:

what did the beaver say to the tree? it's been nice gnawing you

bonzi should also have a special victory quote against donkey kong

the last two are special overpowered pallettes:

the golden pallette is a special pallette where bonzi will gradually recover health and power and his attacks become twice as fast

the devil pallette is similar to the red palette but bonzi gains devil horns. this palette makes bonzi invincible and immune to F1, he also OHKOs any character with any attack
