Well...

 

Allow you to unlock characters, in the same fashion as other fighting games.

 

Order being over 10.

 

Mugen characters from all versions in one specific version of Mugen. Like Winmugen chars, Mugen 1.0 chars, Mugen 1.1b chars, and fanmade mugen game chars(like MKP) all together.

 

Individual option to record Mugen in-game. For example alt+f12 is Mugen recording stop/start.

 

Colored Screen Mode(green screen, purple screen, black screen)

 

Secret characters that require certain conditions to fight them. Like Smoke from MK2, God Rugal from SNK vs Capcom 2, and Shadow Jago from Killer Instinct 3.

I don't see the point of unlockable characters though. Are we unlocking private characters? We unlock characters by downloading and adding them to the select.def file.
