Naruto's Six paths mode

For those who havent read the manga yet...you should really not go on reading in this thread huge spoilers ahead...especially if you havent caught up with the anime as well

Please tell me your opinion guys bellow :D

So after the fight between naruto and sasuke they both lose due to extreme weight loss Does that mean they both lost their powers? i mean Sasuke still retained his rinnengan although he hasnt shown indra's susanoo in his moveset in ninja storm 4 naruto has shown his abillity to fly in naruto the last but hasnt done any crazy rasengans using other bijuu nor he had the truth seeking balls appear behind him

Same thing for naruto in the spin off series with sarada the markings and the mode is completely different than the six path one 

My overall confusion
is because they managed to undo the mugen tsukuyomi even though they lost the sun and the moon since their hands exploded
