Since there were some things that slid through the cracks, I had to make an emergency patch. Also, for balance/tournament sake, I decided to do this update. To compensate, I added the netcode patch along with this patch (so no separate download) and a bonus character. Sorry for that, just doing what needs to be done... Thank you...
