There is, its made by P-Tan, buuuuuuuuuuut it has since be undated to XIII spriting so you'd have to find an older version Edit: I myself would like to know somethings: 1) AI Patches for HM's Heart and BlackHeart by eurota (if they are offline or not. cant find them anywhere) 2) AI Patch for Warusaki3's CVS Yamazaki by Gaelik seems to be offline(?) 3) Wasn't there some classic KOF stages make by this one author to look 3D???
