Second win anim no play and var problems

[Ultra Fatality]

Hello everyone i have returned to this topic because I'm having the same old problem as usual second win pose wont work and certain moves come out way to early so first i'll explain the win pose problem....................

 

Basically you got your win pose then in my game you got win by ultra or fatality or something else etc. you know and when you do one of those moves in win it doesn't set you to where you need to be it just plays the basic win pose i think i may need a var set or something im lost so if anyone could help with this, That'd be great

 

 

Secondly speaking of Ultra's and Fatalities the problem im having with this is that the wins arn't adding up during round 2 both players can do an ultra or fatality and only the winner of 1 round should be able to do that you know I have no clue how to fix this and really need help with it so again if anyone could help me do this, That'd Be Great
