M. Bison from Namco X Capcom has been released. Credits to Dazz at Spriters Resource for ripping the sprites. I used PSound to get Bison's voices. He's a 6 button character with only 4 being regular attacks. Used the Psycho Shot projectile from SFA3 M. Bison and the Psycho Crusher special effects from POTs M. Bison. His power bar fills up quick when attacking but it takes a while to get a full power bar to use his hyper attack.

 

 

Moves:

x - Scissor Kick

y - Psycho Shot

z - Psycho Crusher

a - Head Press (Combos into Skull Diver if the attack hits)

 

Any of those 4 buttons pressed in the air will make him do his air attack.

 

Hypers:

 

b+c - Mega Psycho Crusher (Uses 3000 Power)

Not sure if you fixed it when you fixed the one on the mega psycho crusher (basing this off the vid), but the normal psycho crusher effect could be lowered a few pixels as well.
