I want to make Injustice: Gods Among Us lifebars, but I don't know how. I have a Windows Vista computer. I'll be willing to download a program or two (as long as it's free), and I have Photoshop, if I need it. One more thing, I need it to be 1280x720 resolution for MUGEN 1.0. Thanks!
