This Character That He Created Is "Bardock" Goku's Father That Took On Frieza From The Spectacular Anime Series Called Dragonball Z! This Version Of Bardock Has Some Really Cool Rush Down Attacks And Is An Up Close In Your Face Brawler! There Seems To Be Some Rough Patches In Which The Character Cloned Himself At Times And The AI Can Sometimes Let It's Guard Down To Some Basic Attacks But I See A Lot Of Potential In This Character! So, I actually saw that Toohoos had missing hitboxes on the Nuclear Bombs super, so I decided to add them, but not only that, I also made a bunch of other changes aswell, which are listed in a changelog.txt file. Just drag and drop the files located in the update folder into the character folder and everything should work out fine. Yo so I took Everything Vs Everything and I'm trying to create the ultimate Mugen character selection, using the everything vs everything as a base and vselect to upload new chars. There's plenty of stages too but I haven't got a fast way to add them yet so only ~20-30. I don't take credit for any of this, it's a mash up of many other people's work. Added a cheat menu(hold start) at the start of the round, a bonus game mode(with his own BonusMS.def or you can select marco with c) also a bunch of vehicles, weapons grenades and supports.
