    For M.U.G.E.N v1.1 This is my 4th M.U.G.E.N fan character. It was originally made for the purpose of Ai vs AI spectacle fights and pre-released on the MUGEN streaming website called Spriteclub. After having fun going overboard and experimenting heavily on Flower Drunk Girls, I got back to making something "normal" again, practicing making characters and getting used to MUGEN more. So nothing too out of the ordinary this time. I tried a few new things and learned a few more things as a result. She is a simple character with one-button attacks, and isn't meant to be a sophisticated fighting character. I simply wanted to add her in a M.U.G.E.N format. Since she was originally made for AI spectacle fights, her AI is likely quite unfair, and wasn't initially made for human challenge in mind. Download Link: Note: There's a known issue with one of her moves, specifically her Air Grab, where she's supposed to throw the enemy down diagonally towards the furthest screen edge. But if she grabs the enemy near the center of the screen, she'll sometimes end up dropping towards the same direction as the enemy is thrown. Nothing game breaking, but end up looking a bit weird as a result. This issue is actually displayed in the showcase video. Thanks for reading!

  8. For M.U.G.E.N v1.1 This is my 3rd M.U.G.E.N fan character. It was originally made for the purpose of Ai vs AI spectacle fights on the MUGEN streaming website called Spriteclub. This time around for my 3rd attempt, I just wanted to have fun and go nuts making an unconventional Joke character while learning more new things for MUGEN char development. So I ended up slapping on as many gimmicks as I felt necessary to this one while trying to make it at least entertaining to watch. As such, she has things like perma-super armor, permanent helpers, etc. That being said, she isn't exactly an overpowered super killer either. She's more annoying to opponents than anything, probably. Since this was a character made for AI spectacle fights, and should be considered more of a Joke/Boss character, it isn't meant to be controlled by a player at all. Nothing's stopping you though.   9. For my first wish, I wish for a Mugen version of Kagura Mutsuki. For my second wish, the same for Azrael. And for my third wish, I wish for... Izayoi. Find her on my OneDrive here. or Dropbox here (Mugen 1.1) and here. (Mugen 1.0). Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in. Let's not go into details as to why I'm here again. As per usual, there's a Mugen 1.1 and a Mugen 1.0 version, and as always I recommend the 1.1 version, because Mugen 1.0 has lower quality sprites and effects. Heck, this time around I had to severely decrease the amount of effects the character has because it just caused too much lag in 1.0. Movelist, special palettes and specific mechanic information can be found in the readme file Izayoi comes with. Here's some examples of Izayoi fighting: There's not really any extra exposition this time. I've simply been snailing along and slowly building up this character for like half a year when I felt like it. Will I ever make another one? I'd say it's not likely, but I've been saying that the last 8 characters I've made. If I do ever return, expect Celica and her murder robot friend in 6 months+++, hah. Often times I end up facing new challenges whenever I make a new character. The challenge with Kagura was... The entire Blazblue system, as well as his stances and charge moves. For Azrael, it was his entire weak point system, and especially Valiant Crash and Hornet Bunker. So here we are with Izayoi, and the challenge for her was her entire dual-form and stock system, the extra UI that comes with it, and the absolutely huge amount of effects she has flying around compared to the other two. Thankfully, almost all of them were 2D effects, so it was possible to replicate them proper. PS: Both Kagura Mutsuki and Azrael have had major updates, especially if you're carrying an old version from before 2018 started. The most important one being the addition of 11p(Kag)/10p(Az) Serious Mode. If you plan to pit them against Izayoi or each other, please fetch their newest versions as well.

  12. Warner has updated another Simpsons character. This time around, it's Bart's evil twin brother Hugo. It's pretty much a minor update. He has a new intro, his Aerial Strong Kick has been added, and he now has animations for being cut in half, scared, and Scorpion's Toasty. Download here.

Since this forum is back in business, I think it's time to let out a new WIP It's Inkling Boy from Splatoon Since there's not a single Inkling Characters in MUGEN, so me and the rest of the MUGEN-X-Splatoon Group are gonna make it happen. This Character has a different gameplay compare to the CS-X-TBM Characters and has different modes. Don't expect huge changes on them, it's not a big deal at all, doing this just for fix issues, for did some changes, like in the hit sounds for example. And for fun too.   17. so first thing i finished since 2 years ago that's more than a silly minimalist thing, it's the referee lady who was actually playable in a mini-game mode in a gameboy yu yu hakusho fighting game. granted she is very far removed from how she played in that mode, and is now a 3-button character with 4 specials and 4 supers, with voices taken from the show (and also the arcade fighting game where she's playable...only in the arcade version) shout-outs to drkelexo who made so many things in this character (coded the taunt, made custom sprites for a lot of the moves, lots and lots of coding assistance, more things than i can count really) HAJIME

See changelog below for complete details. 06/22/2018 UPDATE: - Removed Judge, as admittedly, I found it useless. If you're worried about the 9, don't worry! It still exists in the moveset, as part of the Down for the Count Hyper. - Added new Hyper, "Octopus". - Made some moves less/more safe. - Added more combo ability. - Lowered air juggle points. - Removed hitbox from FIRE. - Removed old damage dampener and replaced it with RicePigeon's version. - Multiple Chef changes: - Added more cooldown. - Light version now sends out only 2 pieces. - The food now travel in more of an arc. - Buffed damage to Chef and Headbutt. - Added superjump opponent locator that was previously unused. - Tweaked the A.I. a bit. - Changed some hitflags. - Increased damage of Oil Panic. - Down for the Count is now unguardable. - Made it so the crowd doesn't gasp as often if Mr. Game & Watch recovers. - Made it so that the guard sound actually plays on some moves if guarded. - Added sound for when he's dizzied. - Changed in-game name. :P - Some other changes I can't remember... 06/22/2018 UPDATE 2: - Fixed a few bugs in Octopus that I oversighted. - The HitBy should now work properly. - Mr. Game & Watch now doesn't go below the ground when transforming back from a jump. - Ambience has been made a 6-second sound that plays once instead of a 1-second looping sound (the old way of playing it had a problem where it would play weirdly upon landing from a jump.) - Added the "powerful projectiles fill the bucket up more easily" mechanic to Oil Panic. - Fixed the bug where you would get stuck in mid-air if you happened to be hit during FIRE.
