I Thought Of Water That Was Secretly Being Kept Away From The Public! Water So Pure That It Must Be Kept Away As A Backup Plan When Water Is No Longer Available! Sounds Like Some Sort Of Operation Going On... Hmmmm... Yep! I'm Going To Add To My "Operations" Stage Series! I've Created the "Oil Operations" MUGEN Stage Back In 2020 And It Was Received Quite Well! Now... We Are Shifting To Water Operations! Two MUGEN Fighters Will Battle It Out To Either Hide This Secret Water From The Masses, Keep The Water For Themselves, Or Help Release This Useful Water Supply For The Public! Either Way... I randomly made a Stage back in whenever, idk really, probably like 2022 or 2023?? But yeah, simply put, its a reference to a stream moment of Vinesauce Joel where he rambles about some orange juice. aye. i was currently doing some new stuff that were not added or may not known about in the MUGEN community. in this topic here, i made 3 La Soleil stages. this includes the bedroom and the outside of La Soleil. (day and night variant) this is my first time ever creating a stage, so my quality on developing stages might not be the best for the first time. here is all of them: La Soleil Bedroom Outside La Soleil (day) Outside La Soleil (night) these are of course from Nekopara, but i haven't seen any MUGENized Nekopara content everywhere. So, I actually saw that Toohoos had missing hitboxes on the Nuclear Bombs super, so I decided to add them, but not only that, I also made a bunch of other changes aswell, which are listed in a changelog.txt file. Just drag and drop the files located in the update folder into the character folder and everything should work out fine.
