  1. aye. i was currently doing some new stuff that were not added or may not known about in the MUGEN community. in this topic here, i made 3 La Soleil stages. this includes the bedroom and the outside of La Soleil. (day and night variant) this is my first time ever creating a stage, so my quality on developing stages might not be the best for the first time. here is all of them: La Soleil Bedroom Outside La Soleil (day) Outside La Soleil (night) these are of course from Nekopara, but i haven't seen any MUGENized Nekopara content everywhere.   3. Yo so I took Everything Vs Everything and I'm trying to create the ultimate Mugen character selection, using the everything vs everything as a base and vselect to upload new chars. There's plenty of stages too but I haven't got a fast way to add them yet so only ~20-30. I don't take credit for any of this, it's a mash up of many other people's work.   4. Urusei Yatsura is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Rumiko Taksahashi. It tells the story of Ataru Moroboshi and the alien Lum, who believes she is Ataru's wife after he accidentally proposes to her. The manga was adapted 2 times in anime series. The main chars are Lum (a beautiful alien girl with super powers like flight and electricity), and Ataru Moroboshi, a boy with bad luck.....maybe.... The serie is full of strange and crazy characters. The chars of Lum for Mugen I create, is full of easter eggs and cameos (Sakura, Mendo, Shinobu, ecc...) and I used some characters as strikers (Ataru, Ten, Cherry). Especially Ataru has a good moveset when he arrive for the hyper. The char of Lum is edited from Athena_sky, SNK Athena, X-men Storm, Alice Garnet, and Morrigan. The sprites of Ataru Moroboshi are edited from Shiki Tohno from Type-Moon.   6. Hello everybody! I'm happy to bring you my new mugen! Anime EX is a mugen that I've been working on for a few months and I finally managed to finish the first version. The game currently has 500 chars, all in extremely high-quality JUS format, hand-picked by me! All of them are from their creators' latest versions. Even though the game is called ''Anime EX'' I added characters from HQ universes and games to make it even more fun. I would like to congratulate all the creators of these perfect characters! I just made a few changes to the images in the selector so they all look the same. The mugen has 23 stages of extreme quality that in the future in V2 I will add more, as well as the remaining 100 chars. Mugen has two versions. Important: (Both are OpenGL) Link 1 is the 1080p version with a ReShade included. ReShade, for those who don't know, is a tool we use to improve the graphics and colors of a game. So if your PC is not that good at running mugens, I recommend downloading link 2 as this is the heavier but more beautiful version. To use ReShade, press the ''Home'' key and you can add any effect to your mugen's image, such as enhancing colors or making the characters a little less sharp.   9. (I speak spanish, sorry if my english is bad) Whats up people, the other day I started editing a mugen about jojo for me, but without excess characters. So I wanted to share it with you, and in passing see the things that I added. Features: MUGEN 1.1 with gui0007´s edit of KFM´s old screenpack 39 characters from Phantom Blood to Steel Ball Run (yeah, the recent johnny char) and Dio Over Heaven from EoH (Being honest, I put it to fill space of "characters that have renders of recent games" :p). Voices from ASB/EoH/Anime for "old" characters. Some new palettes so that the characters are more like the anime made by me, as "Black and Dark Green" Jotaro or "Purple with Red scarf" Lisa Lisa. Hi-Res portraits of ASB/EoH made by me, with some edits. (Except for High Dio, but I found a good image of Stardust Shooters) 24 stages, several with zoom.   10. Hey guys! This is an Ikemen I created called Dragon Ball Mini Heroes! It's based off of mechanics from Dragon Ball FighterZ and has a very simple playstyle that's easy to get used to, but not so easy to master. I wanted to merge both technicality and high damaging combos with user friendly and fast combat. The game is made with the ULSW sprite style to make the "Mini" in Dragon Ball Mini Heroes stay faithful. I've just wanted more people to know about the game and test it.   13. M4A1 from Girls Frontline joins the battle! Based on one of the US army's iconic assault rifle, M4A1 is one of the main characters in the Girls Frontline game. As a fighter, she is a Shoto/Rushdown character who loves to stun opponents with her Rifle and rack up combos. In the main storyline, M4A1 had to endure the harshest of turmoils to become who she is now which is represented by the Trauma System. The trauma system regulates Trauma within M4A1. Essentially, the more damage she takes, the more trauma she accumulates and the more combos she land, the less trauma she has to sustain. = Notes about M4A1 = + Good aerial attacks that are unaffected by the trauma system. + Fair anti-air options with her Bicycle Kick having decent reach. + Unlike IDW, she generates Fairy Points naturally. + The more trauma she has, the stronger her attacks. + The less trauma she has, the faster her attacks. + Dashes and Hops instead of running. Impervious to projectiles while dashing. + Can also air dash + Can fire High Velocity (HV) rounds which provide meter or Hollow Point (HP) rounds which stuns her opponent for longer combos. + HV rounds can be fired continuously (not in the air though). + Can transform into an even more powerful form. (more info below) + Is an adorable cinnamon roll. - The more trauma she has, the slower her attacks. - The less trauma she has, the weaker her attacks. - Her Fairy Command abilities are expensive. - Fairy Point regeneration becomes sluggish at high trauma. - Both HV rounds and HP rounds take a while to replenish. - Dashing and Hopping all have long startup and end lags.   14. Spas-12 from Girls Frontline wrings into the fray! A 4-Star Shotgun T-Doll of Griffin based on one of the most popular shotguns in pop culture and games such as the Half-Life series. In battle, she is a grappler/bruiser type fighter who trades speed and agility for power and survivability. Approaching her straight on is just asking for punishment as her shotgun deals a lot of damage if it hits. Plus, her grabs do just as much or even more. When fighting her, it's best to keep a safe distance from her and zone her out. When she runs out of ammo, that is your opportunity to attack. If you do get in a situation where you have to get close to her, be sure to finish you combos at a safe distance or grab her before she does. = Notes about Spas-12 = + Has (almost) everything a grappler is good at. + Her shotgun can stun opponents and can be followed up with a grab. You do NOT want to blindly charge at her as her opponent. + Her alternative-firing-mode-attack, The Great Turkey Shooter, is deadly dealing a whopping 900 unblockable damage. + Her other attacks are strong as well but the Combo fairy and the follow-up grab system is where she really shines. + Quite tanky with almost every fairy command ability being defence-oriented and high health and defence. + Her Fairy Commands are fairly cheap to use. + Super Armors galore as all of her grabs and fairy calls has them and can be extended to the rest of her attacks using the Armor Fairy. + Can also utilize parries and summon food using her respective fairy command abilities. + A sweet heart. - Has (almost) everything a grappler is bad at. - Slow character overall with poor recovery; Zoners will have a field day with her. - Poor reach. Even her shotgun has a limiting short range. - In fact, elicoterro and divekick are her only source of significant movement and range and both moves leave her wide open for a counter attack. - Can only accumulate Fairy Points through successful grabs. - Unlike IDW and M4A1, her shotgun needs to be reloaded manually. - Susceptible to AP rounds, Custom States, and, ironically, Grabs. - Gobles up whatever rations you've saved up for in seconds.   15. Sangvis Ferris' rear command, Agent, has descended! A high-ranking unit who commands all dolls in this faction and is the first leader commanders encounter in game. With her calm and collected demeanour, she is a stance character who chose to eliminate her foes with elegance. = Notes about Agent = + Stance character with plentiful mixup options. + Unlike the dolls of Griffon & Kreuyger, Sangvis Ferris dolls uses minions instead of fairies who come in squads. + Her guns are energy based and requires no reloading. The projectiles fired are fast and powerful. - Minion numbers do not replenish if they are eliminated.   17. Hey guys! I come to bring you my new mugen game, Saint Seiya Oblivion. . There are 50 playable characters in the JUS model! They are all of pure quality made by great developers, 11 stages, I see no reason to add more because I don't want to put stages that are not part of the anime. It also has an 8-bit intro that really brings back fond memories of an anime that marked generations! . Characters in damage are balanced but still have their differences, some will be more difficult to defeat . The game is in DirectX 1280x720, full screen (I left a tutorial on how to put it in a window, as well as the commands in the main folder). Please help spread the game if you liked it I believe this is the most complete saint seiya JUS game. . Also feel free to convert to mobile, everyone can enjoy it <3.   18. An edit of Meta Gouki's Inuyasha, by me, jrm10071322 (Formerly SumirekoUsami.) I didn't aim for any drastic changes, I just wanted to add a few new things, as well as giving more comboability. However I seemed to have stray away from my goal in some ways. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -Inuyasha can now combo between all of his Standing, Crouching, and Air Attacks. -New hit animations implemented, this is for more compatibility for 1.0/1.1 era characters, as some force older chars to use the new hit anims, which they don't have, thus making them invisible. -Midnight Bliss Compatability, using Midnight Bliss on Inuyasha, deforms him to Pure Human, thus rendering him powerless. -Special Kagome Intro, following the Anime, and Manga, Inuyasha promises to protect Kagome at all costs, If you try to have him fight Kagome, he will K.O. himself instead at Round Start. -Helper Debug Fix, the Super/Hyper Anim Helper was missing an anim, this has been fixed. -New Air Attack, Inuyasha will swipe his sword upward in the air, if hit, the opponent will fall to the ground. -Sound Swaps and Addons, Some attacks didn't sound very powerful at all, so their sounds were swapped out. -New Palettes and Icon, the Icon is an edited 25x25 Crop of Inuyasha's Team Select Sprite from the PS1 Source Game - Inuyasha: A Feudal Fairy Tale - in Group 8999, you'll find Older Icons, as well as the one originally used on top of that, he has several new color sets, as well as the default now being more saturated, to be more like the Anime. (original is still present, being named InuyashaPS1.act) -Added Compatability for a few lifebars, such as Melty Blood, Alpha Storm, Miku, Vortex, Touhou 7.5, Touhou 10.5, Touhou 12.3 -the Stats for Life were changed to 1150 -and Stats for Defence were changed to 110 -Almost all Animations now labeled. -Some Hitbox tweaking, some seemed a bit too close. -Grab now uses an Explod to make a Hitspark when Inuyasha punches his target -All Self-KO coding as been moved to statedef-2.cns, as it is a much better method. -When using Palette 12, Inuyasha has a Life, and Power Boost, he's still beatable, but it will take a lot of time up -Disabled HIT_BOUNCE, and HIT_LIEDOWN's PlaySnd, and MakeGameAnim States, this is done to avoid clashing with Inuyasha's custom HIT_BOUNCE/HIT_LIEDOWN's States -Labled all of the Palettes, this is done due to several new palettes being made by me, so I didn't want it to just be inuyashax.act -   23. Here's a simple character that I did out of boredom while I was developing IDW. They're quite easy to beat even on the hardest difficulty. Though, the same can't be said for the AI (some of them, at least). AI only. Info: Dinergates, a common enemy unit from Girls Frontline, swarm the battlefield with relentless numbers! They'll chew through anything in their path... for a while and then move along. (just to be fair) While they only move in one direction, they'll keep coming until you deplete their life bar and that can be done by taking them out one by one. How to beat them: Just hit them. Hit them until they go down. Medium to strong basic attacks are recommended. Their bite will interrupt hyper attacks so if said hyper attack has a long startup time, don't bother. Note: The higher the palette, the faster they become and they get tougher to kill. Also, they can't be timed out. You have to keep killing them until their life bar runs out to beat them.
