When I Finished Creating The MUGEN Stage, I Grabbed A Bottle Of Water And Started To Quench My Thirst! I Kid You Not... When I Finished My Water... I Instantly Thought Of A Stage Where Water Is Maintained And Kept Sealed Away! I Was Thinking Of A Water Plant Of Some Sort But Then I Came To Realize... It's Something Much More! I Thought Of Water That Was Secretly Being Kept Away From The Public! Water So Pure That It Must Be Kept Away As A Backup Plan When Water Is No Longer Available! Sounds Like Some Sort Of Operation Going On... Hmmmm... Yep! I'm Going To Add To My "Operations" Stage Series! I've Created the "Oil Operations" MUGEN Stage Back In 2020 And It Was Received Quite Well! Now... We Are Shifting To Water Operations!
