hi mugen lovers, i need some help regarding add004 mugen lifebar, how can i patch my char, i know its very simple, but i'm a visually impaired, and 004 patcher is not yet accessible to my screen reader, is there anyway to patch chars manually? or is there any other application that can solve this problem for me?

i'm muhamin from pakistan. i'm a visually impaired, but still i love to play fighting games, specially Mugen!, i hope i will learn many things from you all, great day!
