I have found Ennki's Decade, circa Zi-O. But it's on a blacklisted site, and I cannot quite upload it to Mediafire as it won't let me download beyond 100 MB (which is bullshit mind you). So if someone else could give me a hand, it'd be much appreciated.

Not to come off as a "know-it-all" or the sort, but what you guys call "Alien Dada" is actually the powered version of Dada, the one that's not an alien, but actually a computer virus: https://ultra.fandom.com/wiki/Dada#Ultraman:_The_Ultimate_Hero
I suggest moving Powered Dada to the "Ultimate Hero" section, and renaming him, as we do not have a true "Alien Dada", that is until Kirbey inevitably makes a regular Dada (given his taste on seijin and kaiju, I would not be surprised)

Minoo's Touhou Characters. it was a low blow to me when I was re-visiting my roster, to see them so unpolished and janky in comparison to all the good Touhou stuff (kudos to Ricepigeon for making arguably the best Touhous), especially because back when I was young, these were right up my alley, now that I'm older and crave more quality, I kind of feel disappointed whenever I try them out, I want to bring out especially his Yoshika, which I remember loving back in my hayday, but now I feel she's stiff and janky, and I can't pull like half her moveset, the only one I find salvageable nowadays is his Kyouko, and even then, she's not even close to being as good as I remembered her

I found this Zoffy edit that adds a few moves and calls him "Mr. Fire Head", likely an allusion to the fight against Birdon, for the Baidu downloads, you need to log in/create an account at Baidu to download them, I learned it thanks to Google Translator

I would say this is the definitive Decade, but the commands were changed from the past one. Is there any way to revert them?
