Hi all again, I'm back, my absence has been for many things, good and bad, but such is life, right? ....
 Anyway im in Tokyo, Japan now, I've been here almost a month, to do important things, but things happened that I did not expect, but the staff was great and still pending for doing something very important.

Don Ramón(Spanish) (Seu Madruga in Brazil) has been made by Heaven-e-Hell, like El Chavo. Tts sprites come from the fighting game Street Chaves and uses the moveset from Robert Garcia, though he is not a sprteswap of him.
There's another Don Ramón made by several authors (Mae77,LimitedMoon, and an slight edit by omardapimp123). The character is based on Ken-X by limitedmoon. It has the original voices in spanish, customized hypers and specials.

Curious fact: Ryu X may have a special intro with Don Ramón but not vice versa. (but the reason is that it uses the CNS of ken X)

Mugen guild's webmaster (Nunor) has a private server, that he maintains himself. So they save money on hosting. I do not have that nor the money for that.
I've used several hosting sites in the past, the free ones suck. your limited on what you can do.
the ones you pay for, it all varies.
I've used PHPBB 2,3, and I waited for YEARS for 4 but that never came out its almost good to assume there dead (with the exclusion of there annual "security update" which does nothing because bots spam there boards like crazy, even with add on's.
I've also used SMF2.0 , and that hasn't been updated in years ago other than security updates. That was great for a while but soon I realized how filled with bots it is.
IPB is something I've wanted.(I originally wanted vbulletin) Not to mention it has one of the best anti bot / spammer systems ever. I'd say 1 out of 500 people are wrongfully auto banned.

- Adjusted frame time of animations and enemy positioning of Curbstomp Symphony for better effect
- Curbstomp Symphony damage decreased
- Curbstomp Symphony start up increased
- Eye of the Tiger has the following changes:
   - Will now reduce the AP Cost of EX Drive attacks while in Awakening by 33%
   - Increase the AP gained from using EX Drive attacks outside of Awakening by 50%
   - Duration has been decreased from 15 to 10 seconds
- Opponent will no longer be able to air recover from the last hit of unawakened Demonic Chaos
- Ryuji will no longer drag knocked down opponents when attacking
- Ryuji run speed while attacking increased
- Adjusted transparency effect when summoning Ryuji
- Implemented Light and Medium versions of Demon Thrust
- Opponent will now fall faster when hit by the last attack of Demon Thrust
