Since Kouya's Nine got updated and the password got changed, I took the liberty of putting in the previous version of Nine up on Mega, completely password free. Her AI Patch is also in there, but it's not activated.

After doing some digging, I figured out the password. The password is "Chihuahua" (no quotation marks)

On the topic of video games: Philia from Tales of Destiny, Milla Maxwell from Tales of Xillia, more decent Persona 4 Arena/Ultimax characters in general, Yuuki Terumi from Blazblue, any Brave Frontier units (granted they'd probably have to be custom sprited), and I guess any Pokken styled Pokemon.
 
On the topic of cartoons...there's a lot on my mind, but I'll just say some of the more lesser known shows (at least to me): Any characters from the Penguins of Madagascar (I'll admit that I have some nostalgia towards that show), any character from Steven Universe, a decent Timmy Turner character (it's been years and we haven't had a really good one unless you count Team Nicktoons), Rudy and Snap from ChalkZone, and...I guess any Nickelodeon characters that appeared in those Super Brawl fighting flash games from years ago, but never got a decent version or was never made into MUGEN at all.

Thank goodness I asked. XD Valkenhayn is next after Terumi as well.

After all these years, a Kids Next Door character is joining MUGEN, huh? I'm more than cool with that.

Leave that to me. This Sonic is pretty alright. He actually has his readme built into the character, which is pretty neat. Text is hard to read though so I feel like this character might have to be scaled up (though I'm playing in 1.0 640x480 so that might be the issue). Also one of his intros is bugged up.
