  2. Official Launch Trailer: Official Gameplay Tutorial Trailer: Blood and Gore Features: Blood spouts and lands on the floor when characters are hit by their opponent's weapon. Blood splats disappear when created by normal, special, and hyper attacks after a few seconds. Blood splats stay permanently when created by a Destroyed 1 Hit Kill attack on the deciding round. Characters with explosive Destroyed 1 Hit Kill Attacks will cause their victims to explode into messy chunks ( MK Style ). Characters with fiery Destroyed 1 Hit Kill Attacks will cause their victims to stay on fire after death with fire and smoke FX. Characters with electrical Destroyed 1 Hit Kill Attacks will leave their victims with electrical FX. Screenpack Features: Borrowed the intro, assets, and inspiration from the GGXrd Screenpack made by MustardSeedComics and Ralfab. Custom Main Menu, Options, Character Select, VS, Victory, and Gameover Screens with a lot of moving parts. GGXrd Life bar, Fight art, and power bar created by Rayzo and edited by me. This is the final frame of the intro. The "Press a Button" flashes on and off until you actually press a button. Then you are taken to the main menu screen. All of the gears and chains are animated except for the gears attached to the top and bottom metal borders. The lava also flows to the left behind the grating. As you select different game modes the picture on the monitor will change according to what you have selected. Every gear is animated except for the big gear in the center of the screen and the gears attached to the top metal border. The lava flows to the right and the fire is of course animated. When it's time to select a stage a monitor will appear and it will display the stage you currently have selected. The gears in the background rotate and the fire is animated. Huge metal doors open up to reveal all of this as the VS screen is activated. The lava flows to the right. All gears rotate. Stages: Mostly typical stages for GGXX characters downloaded from The Mugen Archive with added FX such as fog or smoke and also lighting overlays. Edited some stages to accompany Mugen's limitations such as a lack of having water effects when characters are walking in water. Used 2 edited stages from GGI for Testament and the Robo-Ky Ambush Mini Game. All stages were edited to allow the Mugen 1.1 zoom feature to work properly. Music Features: All music for stages and the screenpack are included and may come from GGX, GGXX, GGI, or GGXrd. Character Roster: All characters by muteki have been stripped of their ridiculously hard AI and use the default Mugen difficulty system. All characters come from muteki except for Robo-Ky ( 1 on 1 version ) who comes from Ukege and Leopaldon who was made by Kurogane. Robo-ky was edited to include all features from muteki's characters. Order Sol is a secret character on the character select screen. Enjoy this creation and feel free to ask questions and give feedback.   4. Hey guys. Haven't been here in a while. Just wanted to stop by and let you guys know about a new project I've been working on. Don't know if you remember my previous project where I was trying to add blood and gore to the Samurai Shodown series. Anyways that kind of fell through when I couldn't get a good set of characters that acted the same way. I still got the screen pack and stages I made for it which I plan on releasing if anybody is interested. So I've moved onto the Guilty Gear series and I'm using mainly muteki's creations minus the extreme AI difficulty which I am incorporating blood and gore into.   5. i have joined up with Abster who will be in charge of character creation. he is making characters from the ground up that will include the best gameplay from all of the sam sho games combined. they will have all the moves that a sam sho character is expected to have and they will die with gory deaths. im very excited to have him on board.

  7. Quick little update to Galford's Stage before I go away for a little while. I added the ropes that hold up the bridge in the foreground. It's now complete.

  9. yeah i got the stages well taken care of and the bgm is done too. i even added the proper ambient sounds into the bgm like for instance the waterfall sfx in galfords stage or the crows in hanzos stage. but you know what youll be my beta tester from now on. ill get u a copy of what i got so far since i have to do other things for other mods before i start on the actual character work. so u can tell me what u think about the game at this point. itll be a little while before i can get back to work on this game and i would like to see what others think of it so far. what do u say?

  11. Thanks for clearing that up Erroratu. I just updated the intro section of the screenshots. You now see who took the stones from Green Hell and who all is involved in bringing Ambrosia to this world. Let me know what you think.
  12. I just added some more pics to the Intro section of the screenshots. There's now a nice little quick movie that shows the Stones in Green Hell getting snatched by evil forces. That's the beginning of my story and it roughly goes along with the original Sam Sho story. I had to combine several story elements and plots since I've combined so many characters from 4 different Sam Sho games. The bad guys take the stones to bring back their Ambrosia to destroy the world. Nice and simple. I also added a couple of pics at the end of the Intro section that show off some of the gore you'll see in the game. Notice the two guys from Last Blade getting their guts spilled as they fall into 2 separate halves. Let me know what you think.
  13. thanks. i think im gonna have to go back and redo the character icons on the select screen. im noticing some color loss in them compared to the big portraits.
