  1. In celebration of Super Metroid's 30th anniversary, Scepter and I bring you our latest stage! This one takes us to the surface area of Planet Zebes, Crateria, and is styled after Sunsoft's Galaxy Fight. Download: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Xa43U9WAwXIoZZjYVTt9XnUUzD6tuXpV/view?usp=sharing Sprite art by ScepterDPinoy As usual, we hope you enjoy!
  2. Ohh, I see now! I'll get to fixing that. Thank you for letting me know, and sorry for the misunderstanding. Edit: Stage has been updated!
  3. Oh yeah, the King being there is intentional on Scepter's part. He often includes little cameos like that in these stages. Also, one quick update, I added some preview videos to the original post.
  4. Hello everyone! Scepter and I are back at it and bringing you our first stages of the year! First, we have one based on Alien Hominid, inspired by the backgrounds in the King of Fighters games. Next is one based on Ridge Racer, in the style of Waku Waku 7. This one comes in six variants: Day, Sunset, Night, and all 3 versions with a CRT effect. Big shout-out to Delta Brony for commissioning this one! As always, we hope you enjoy!
  5. Just edited it a bit further. Had to take out my little parentheses regarding Zero Nightdyne now that he's gone from here.
  6. I found a working download for the Hidden Palace stage! Here's a link: https://web.archive.org/web/20070127113307/http://kamek.i-xxcell.com/#other (I should really update the Sonic collection.)
  7. I noticed that the link for the Sonic & Knuckles Hidden Palace Zone links to the download for Grass Field.
  8. I had hopes a few years ago to start doing stage edits, but never really took off with that idea. Recently, I got inspired to do another edit and decided to make a thread for them, should I get the kick to edit more. Latest: Bridge Zone, Originally by WF4123 The original stage was very bare-bones, but I felt there was a base for something good there so I started making adjustments and adding stuff. I have a soft spot for the 8-bit versions of Sonic 1, and Bridge Zone is one of the stand-out zones from them (mostly for its great music). Download here! Previous: Skyrim Stages, Originally by DavisMaximus
  9. Updated the stage again. Tensionhigh and tensionlow should work properly with high jump characters now.
  10. Updated the stage again. Tensionhigh and tensionlow should work properly with high jump characters now.
  11. The stage has been updated! - Fixed the animations not playing properly - Separated the five planet backgrounds into their own def files - Increased the bounds
  12. The time has come for another stage release from Scepter and I! This one's based on the fantastic reboot of a Sunsoft classic, Blaster Master Zero. The stage includes a nod to the original Blaster Master's intro and cycles through areas from the second game in the Zero Trilogy. Download here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/12b8tkr9iPZv0rzWpgRanY5t5eShjTygl/view?usp=sharing And, as always, we hope you enjoy!
  13. It's been longer than I had hoped, but I've updated the stage! - Stage now includes separate def files for each time of day - Changed the music file to ogg - Lowered the characters position on screen - Added a transparent effect to the mushroom - Removed shadows Also, after getting some help from PotS regarding animated assets with parallax, I've been trying out adding parallax to Scepter and I's older stages.
  14. Sorry about that, looks like the updated sff wasn't added to the new file. Should be fixed now!
  15. Thank you for letting me know MistPrism! Stage has been updated. Increased the leftbound and rightbound and fixed the visual error with Chack'n. Also added the video preview.
