Welp my big project to help me really get back into the flow of making mugen characters again is finally finished! I meant to complete this character a bit sooner to try and cheer up folks with this whole epidemic and such by giving them something to mess with but I wanted to make sure I got most of his gameplay down right as well as dealing with some water damage at home. But anyways I do hope you all enjoy this character especially being one of the first characters made from Kinnikuman Muscle Fight in almost a decade. Thanks for your time!

I decide to do some small edits on characters for being closer to the called POTS Style.
Don't expect huge changes on them, it's not a big deal at all, doing this just for fix issues and for aesthetic changes.

Dictator is a man who wants to rule the world with an iron fist, and his localized name certainly does reflect his actions and mannerisms. If you're form the U.S, then you may have first known him by M. Bison, and if you're from Japan, then you would have first known him by Vega. The reason why his name is different is very famous yet not so known. Look it up if you don't know. Dictator replaced Sagat as the main boss of Street Fighter. He's still the main bad guy even today in Street Fighter 5, though he's dropped and regained that role several times along the way. He's remembered as a very difficult fighting game boss, but certainly not the hardest, that title belongs to Shao Kahn. His move-set is just very annoying, with moves like the Psycho Crusher and the dreaded sliding kick being major quarter gobblers back in the arcades. His overall difficulty has been more toned down later down the line, but he's still a very strong character, with games like CvS2 and SF4 being one of his strongest incarnations.
Game-play wise, Dictator doesn't differ much from his CvS2 counterpart. His moves function the same, with the exception of the Psycho Impact, aka his alpha counter. It is now a command grab instead of a 2 hit physical attack. His combos aren't too long either. EX Attacks also have different properties, like the EX Scissor Kick being a way to extend combos, and the EX Psycho Crusher being a grab and acts like Raiden's Thunder Fly from Mortal Kombat. However, Dictator heavily relies on one mechanic: Psycho Aura. There is a lot going on with Psycho Aura, so I have a text file in Dictator's character folder that describes the mechanic in detail. Once you understand how it works and how to properly use it, you understand a very large part of Dictator's game-play. His AI is also very brutal, in a weird way. His combos and pokes are brain-dead simple, but his very knowledgeable usage of them makes him a pretty decent challenge, but you know, setting the difficulty to easy 1 also helps out a lot.
Other CvS2 mechanics like stun and guard meter are present by default, but can be changed with the configuration file.

So, averaging out the results from both forums, Hakurei Miko won with an average of 12.8275 over Yukina's 11.795. May start the actual project towards the end of the year or somewhere early next year for I am pretty much on break from any WIPs asides from the Reimu one that I need to finish.

First character by Fausto and damn, what a great version of El Matador in POTS Style.

Fausto's words
- Due to MUGEN limitations, Vega's claw and mask may disappear during custom states. There is a tutorial for this in the char folder.
- Due to the way it's programmed, Vega may not look good during custom states that use rotations or resizing in conjunction with standard animations.
- To detect "beautiful" or "ugly" chars, Vega uses the optional Messatsu animations. Depending on the author of the char, this can lead to curious cases.

Here's Cammy White, originally made by POTS. Them she gains her Delta Red outfit with the first edit by varo_hades (coding) and Chuchoryu (sprites) + new fixes/updates by Tiger-Boy. (that's why i put "Many Authors" in the title :P)
 
So DeathScythe did an awesome edit with color separated sprites work by IsRageNeko that was private at the time. Yeah, it was. Because now, with some other tweaks by RagingRowen, this version of Cammy arrives and i said with no doubt that this is THE BEST CAMMY FOR MUGEN!!

I always wonder why there's no collection of here anywhere (here nor old Guild Database) except some ye-olde databases. Well, time to fix that 😛
Again, thanks to the quarantine that got me with plenty of time, a new collection is born, this time compilating all the NGP characters adapted to MUGEN (not just from SNK), as well stages, screenpacks and all that stuff. Here I'll need all your help since as I said, there isn't much of this on the internet but some old databases (that probably I'll check out using Wayback Archive), so any help is welcome as always 😉

Kira5472 shared his version of the Kojou Akatsuki, the male protagonist from Strike the Blood, based on his appearance in Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax. Just to clarify that Kojou is a zoner character, which means that he performs only attacks at distance (except the Kiffa Ater super). Also he has no air and crouching attacks.

Little off-topic: Right after this release, 280gou blocked Twitter account. Also few people around said to me that 280gou is thinking on quit MUGEN after finish Gohan. Sadly i don't know more details about that.
