  1. Since I'm retired from MUGEN, I will release some AI Patches I made that were unreleased. 

     

    These AI patches aren't anything special, but they just make each character spam specials, guard, and pushback guard a lot more. Also note that they are not the versions on RMM.

  2. It's been a while since I posted, but this is going to be my last MUGEN Creation/Edit. I am retiring from MUGEN and am moving on to other things in life. I just don't have as much interest in MUGEN as I used to. I hope you guys can understand that.

     

    Anyways, I had reworked my Pansage in 2020 like I did Starmie and Castform, but I just never released it until now. Pansear was a spriteswap (with a few differences) of Pansage I was working on during the same time and I did not finish it until early 2021. Now I am releasing both of them for my retirement.

    It was really fun to be in the MUGEN community, but now I say goodbye to MUGEN. I am very grateful for being a part of this community and playing this game a lot during my teenage years. MUGEN will always be in my good memories.

  3. I started this a while back and decided to finish it today.

    The AI Patch has a few moderate changes, but makes Taz use his hypers and specials a lot more.

    Also had to change the move Sonic Grunt - Short Range, as it led to an infinite loop in the 4v4 and 3v3 Simul mode.

    I've already test played it in 3v3 and 4v4 and everything is fine, but please comment if any glitches occur in 4v4 and 3v3.

    I have quite a few issues with it, some stemming from the character's core design and would thus require an entire rethink of the whole thing, but the less vague issues are as follows:

    -Tri Attack is an easy infinite at point-blank range.

    -Seems rather detrimental that you can only have one type of projectile on-screen at any one time, given that the character's entire moveset consists of projectiles.

    -You need to make sure moves that use Power don't give it back.

    -Rock Tomb Hyper is too good, since it spawns very quickly at the opponent's exact position and thus has to be blocked, but it's very safe on block (+31!!!) and sends the opponent miles away, plus it combos into itself... All for just 1000 Power.

    -Ultra Solar Beam is really silly considering that despite requiring 3000 Power, it's a frame 11 fullscreen that does 1000 damage on hit; you'd just use this as a punish for an easy win. At least it's -88 on block.

    Thank you for the critique. I think I could fix the rest, but the multiple projectiles on screen because if I did allow there to be multiple projectiles, that would be kinda OP to corner trap, which is why there is a limit to 1. 

  6. UPDATE: 3-30-18

    Animation Improvements

     

    Shout out to Flare-Gamer-64 for pointing the animation flaws. Now it's improved and the Pokemon Fade out.

     

    I forgot to mention that the Hypers cannot be performed by Player only the AI can perform them, but I'm not sure why.
